Communicate with HCPSS faculty/teachers to ensure everything is up-to-date, accurate, and appropriate. Example tasks may include looking for grammatical, spelling, capitalization, sentence flow, understanding mistakes, fact-checking actual content, including what actually happened, names, dates, and places, checking to see if all links and redirecting buttons work and go to the proper external or internal space, and letting the Head Team know IMMEDIATELY if there is an error or misalignment. Time Commitment Estimate: 3-5 hours a week, depending on how busy the season is. Expected Skills: Grammar, patience for constant cross-reference and checking, accountability, familiar with all OV digital software. VERIFICATION SECTION HEAD RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTATIONS: Partake in the same duties of the Verification Team. IMPORTANT: Act as the last "verifier" on all of the Verification Team's work thus far before finalizing. Act as the primary communicator between the Verification Team and any other Teams as necessary. Includes communicating with adult supervisors. Expected to take any reports, concerns, or inaccuracies directly to the Team or supervisor in question if a Verification Team member has not done so already.
