SUMMIT & TRAINING TEAM RESPONSIBILITIES AND EXPECTATIONS:
Plan all summit logistics (all summit types) with Head Team and/or adult supervisors, ensure all summits run smoothly, and keep track of summit-related aspects.
Be present before, during, and after all summits.
Communicate with and finalize participants, workshops, and events at summits, working with the Financial Team for monetary aspects.
Plan summit itineraries and back-up schedules.
Find keynote speakers, vendors, and venues.
Work with the Outreach Team to promote summits and increase turnout.
IMPORTANT: Manage the training of those hosting workshops during summits and workshops in general.
Example tasks: set guidelines and policy with the Workshop Team, perform a selection process if needed.
Time Commitment Estimate: 2-10 hours a week, depending on whether a summit is drawing close and what summit it is.

SUMMIT & TRAINING SECTION HEAD RESPONSIBILITIES AND EXPECTATIONS:
Partake in the same duties of the Summit & Training Team.
IMPORTANT: Act as the Co-Exec. Director of all summits along with the Head Team's Exec. Director.
Act as the last "verifier" on all of the Summit & Training Team's work thus far before finalizing and sending out information to participants.
Act as the primary communicator between the Summit & Training Team and any other Teams as necessary. Includes communicating with adult supervisors.
Expected to take any reports, concerns, or inaccuracies directly to the Team or supervisor in question if a Summit & Training Team member has not done so already.
Keep the Summit & Training Team accountable and timely.
Compile key points in a notes format for the Head and Outreach Teams.
